With direct hire you have full lifecycle recruitment and the guarantee of backfill at no additional cost should employment be terminated due to performance within the first 60 days. Supplemental sourcing is the outreach and guiding of candidates to your position’s posting. Your team manages the screening, interview and offer process

Direct hires will be billed as a percentage of gross annual salary whereas supplemental sourcing is billed at an hourly rate.
